Terms of Use

Effective Date: September 2, 2026
Last Updated: September 2, 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between Sher LLC, doing business as Saveit (“Saveit,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), and you. They govern your access to and use of Saveit’s websites, including joinsaveit.com, browser extensions, mobile applications, software, features, content, tools, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By creating an account, installing or using a Saveit browser extension or mobile application, clicking acceptance, or otherwise accessing the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under the age of majority where you live, your parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms. You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly notify us at hello@joinsaveit.com of unauthorized account use. You are responsible for activity through your account except to the extent caused by our failure to use reasonable safeguards. The Services are intended for users in the United States and are not directed to individuals in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom.

2. Services

Saveit provides tools to save, organize, revisit, and track products, merchant pages, images, URLs, prices, offers, and other shopping information. Features may include a browser extension, mobile application, private wish lists, price tracking, price-drop alerts, and links to third-party retailers, sellers, marketplaces, advertisers, and service providers (“Merchants”). Saveit may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Price, availability, product-match, offer, shipping, tax, promotion, product-description, and alert information may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, unavailable, or based on automated matching. Alerts are informational only; they are not purchase advice, price guarantees, inventory guarantees, or a promise that you will receive a particular price or saving. You must independently verify all relevant information with the Merchant before purchasing.

3. Saveit is not the seller

Unless Saveit expressly identifies itself as seller of record, Saveit is not the seller, reseller, manufacturer, distributor, shipper, warranty provider, fulfillment provider, payment processor, or merchant of record for products displayed, saved, linked, advertised, or referenced through the Services. A purchase is solely between you and the Merchant. The Merchant is responsible for product information, pricing, inventory, taxes, shipping, delivery, returns, refunds, warranties, recalls, safety, customer service, payment processing, and legal compliance.

4. Affiliate disclosure and referrals

Saveit does not currently participate in any affiliate marketing programs and has no affiliate partners. Saveit may introduce affiliate links in the future. If and when it does, when you deliberately choose to open or activate a qualifying Merchant/referral link through Saveit, we may earn a commission if you later make a qualifying purchase. Saveit would not add a separate charge for any such commission, but the Merchant controls product price, availability, taxes, shipping, promotions, and other transaction terms, which can change. Purchases are completed on the Merchant’s site. If affiliate links are introduced, Saveit will provide a clear, conspicuous disclosure in reasonable proximity to a tracked or affiliate-link interaction, and will update these Terms accordingly. Saveit does not guarantee a commission, discount, reward, cashback, price benefit, or successful attribution.

5. Browser extension and background processing

The Saveit browser extension may inspect webpages in the background while you browse, including Merchant pages, to identify products, prices, offers, and price-tracking information; support saved-item and price-alert features; and provide functions described in the extension listing, onboarding disclosures, Privacy Policy, and Cookie and Tracking Technologies Policy. Depending on the page and enabled feature, processing may include page URLs, page titles, product text, images, product identifiers, prices, and availability. The extension does not read cart, checkout, or order-confirmation pages.

Saveit does not intentionally collect passwords, full payment-card numbers, bank credentials, authentication tokens, private communications, or other sensitive information not necessary for the Services. Browser, Merchant, device, privacy, ad-blocking, VPN, cookie, private-browsing, network, or competing extension settings may limit or prevent functionality, tracking, alerts, affiliate attribution, or links.

If Saveit introduces affiliate links, Saveit will not intentionally set affiliate tracking merely because you visit or Saveit inspects a Merchant page. Any affiliate tracking would begin only after a genuine, deliberate user action to open or activate a Saveit Merchant/referral link. Saveit will not intentionally overwrite another publisher’s tracking or affiliate cookie, hijack another publisher’s referral, or auto-redirect traffic. Where required, Saveit will stand down and not apply affiliate tracking when preexisting affiliate or publisher attribution is detected. You may disable or remove the extension through your browser settings; removal does not automatically delete your account or stored content.

6. User content and private lists

“User Content” means material you submit, save, create, or make available through the Services, including URLs, notes, lists, and tags. You retain ownership of User Content. You grant Saveit a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to host, store, reproduce, process, format, display, transmit, and otherwise use User Content solely to provide, maintain, secure, improve, and enforce the Services; operate requested features; and create de-identified or aggregated insights. You represent that you have all necessary rights to submit User Content and that it does not violate law, contract, or third-party rights. Saveit does not currently provide public wish lists or sharing by link. If we introduce sharing features, separate feature terms, privacy controls, and additional disclosures may apply.

7. Third-party services and intellectual property

The Services may link to or integrate with third-party sites and services. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any Merchant or third-party site, product, content, availability, terms, privacy practice, security practice, or transaction. Saveit and its materials are owned by Saveit or its licensors. Saveit is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any retailer or brand unless expressly stated. Third-party names, images, prices, trademarks, logos, and product information remain the property of their respective owners.

8. Acceptable use

  • Do not violate law, Merchant rules, affiliate-network rules, third-party rights, or these Terms.
  • Do not commit fraud; impersonate another person; create false reviews, endorsements, ratings, or shopping activity; or misuse affiliate systems.
  • Do not scrape, crawl, harvest, reverse engineer, evade technical controls, introduce malware, or interfere with the Services or third-party systems.
  • Do not upload, share, or use unlawful, infringing, defamatory, harassing, invasive, deceptive, abusive, or harmful content.

9. Communications, price-drop alerts, and push notifications

We may send service, security, account, legal, and transactional notices electronically. If you enable them, Saveit may send push notifications and other communications concerning price-drop alerts for items you choose to save or track. You may manage price-alert preferences within Saveit and push-notification permissions through your device settings. Delivery depends on your device, network, operating-system settings, and third-party platform availability and is not guaranteed. Saveit does not currently offer cashback, coupons, rewards, or comparison-shopping functionality. If we later offer promotional push notifications, we will provide any required notice and opt-in/opt-out choices.

10. Paid features

Saveit does not currently process payments or offer paid subscriptions. If we later offer paid features, subscriptions, or another payment-enabled feature, we will disclose the applicable price, billing interval, renewal terms, cancellation method, refund terms, and payment-processor practices before purchase.

11. Copyright complaints

Copyright complaints must be submitted under the Saveit Copyright Policy to: Copyright Agent, Sher LLC, 707 SE 3rd Avenue, Sixth Floor, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33316, hello@joinsaveit.com.

12. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created security, legal, or operational risk, engaged in fraud or abuse, or if required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

13. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SAVEIT DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS, IMPLIED, AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, QUIET ENJOYMENT, SECURITY, AND AVAILABILITY. SAVEIT DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, COMPLETE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT ANY PRODUCT, PRICE, OFFER, MERCHANT, ALERT, PRODUCT MATCH, OR INFORMATION WILL BE ACCURATE, CURRENT, AVAILABLE, OR SUITABLE.

14. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SAVEIT AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, LICENSORS, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES. SAVEIT’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID SAVEIT FOR THE SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR (B) US$100.

15. Indemnification

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Saveit and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your misuse of the Services, User Content, violation of these Terms or law, dealings with Merchants, or your use of third-party content.

16. Disputes; arbitration; class waiver

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at hello@joinsaveit.com and attempt good-faith informal resolution for 60 days. Except for small-claims matters, intellectual-property injunctive relief, and matters that cannot lawfully be arbitrated, disputes will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its consumer rules. Arbitration will occur in Broward County, Florida, or remotely, unless law requires another venue. YOU AND SAVEIT AGREE TO BRING CLAIMS ONLY INDIVIDUALLY, NOT IN A CLASS, COLLECTIVE, COORDINATED, MASS, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. You may opt out within 30 days after first accepting these Terms by emailing hello@joinsaveit.com with your name, account email, and a clear opt-out statement.

17. Governing law; changes; contact

Except as preempted by federal law, Florida law governs these Terms without regard to conflict-of-law rules. For non-arbitrable disputes, state and federal courts in Broward County, Florida have exclusive jurisdiction unless law requires otherwise. We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version and revising the Last Updated date, with additional notice when legally required. To the extent they conflict with the Terms above regarding your use of the iOS app obtained from the App Store, these additional terms control for that use.
